Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom's elegant crystal chandeliers, pressed tin ceiling and French doors deliver charm and elegance to any wedding with a capacity of 150 for a plated dinner or 170 for a cocktail reception. Restored to its 19th-Century charm, this 2,500 square foot ballroom housed the original Opera House of McKinney from 1885 until 1923. The Grand Ballroom is an ideal venue for your reception and can also host your ceremony. Coupled with an option to reserve the entire hotel, any bride and groom can provide a night to remember.
Rick’s 110
Rick's 110 is an incredible private room for dining and meetings that has its own entrance connected to our hotel lobby. This versatile space can hold up to 75 people for a casual cocktail gathering, accommodate 60 guests for a sit-down dinner, or provide seating for 40 for a presentation. Rick's 110 provides an exclusive and sophisticated atmosphere with tall mahogany walls, wine racks with temperature control, a personal bathroom, a private bar, and six unique commissioned paintings showcasing McKinney's history.
Wine Room
The Wine Room is an exclusive private dining space that captivates guests with its elegant ambiance. Adorned with floor-to-ceiling oak racks, it showcases our extensive global wine list, creating a sophisticated backdrop for any occasion. Whether it's a corporate meeting for 12 or an intimate seated dinner for up to 34, this versatile space combines functionality and refined aesthetics to offer an unforgettable dining experience.
Library
With its unique design and comfortable atmosphere, The Library offers the perfect setting for an intimate and memorable dining experience. It is an intimate private dining space that can accommodate up to 14 guests for a meeting or 28 guests for dinner. Surrounded by the owner's cherished collection of cookbooks, it creates a warm and inviting ambiance.
